Exercise and eat healthily. If you spent 1 hour at the grocery store, jot it down. It has become quite natural and enjoyable. Numerous studies have linked a healthy lifestyle with work productivity. You know — the people who scurry from task to task, always checking e-mail, organizing something, making a call, running an errand, etc.

Join a study group! Get an early start. There are innumerable hacks and tricks to manage your time effectively. Let this list be a catalyst to get you thinking regularly about how to refine your own practices.
